In November, Armenia witnessed a significant surge in real estate market activity, with over 20.5 thousand transactions taking place.

Key transaction types:

Property Disposal: 7,207 transactions (35.1% of the total)

• Sale and Purchase: 4,557

• Gift Transfers: 2,400

• Exchange: 45

Inheritance: 3,975 transactions (19.3%)

Primary Registration: 3,447 transactions (16.8%)

By types of property:

• Land: 7,988 transactions (38.9%)

• Apartments in Multi-Story Buildings: 5,043 transactions (24.5%)

• Residential Houses: 4,732 transactions (23%)
