Very soon, in 2023, the developer Faith Build Construction will put into operation a project of a multi-apartment residential complex in the administrative district of Nork Marash at the address st. Ovsetyan 20/6, next to the TV tower.

The 5-storey house is built on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, the outer walls are insulated with modern and safe materials, travertine is used as a cladding. Windows, stained-glass windows, external doors are made of aluminum profiles.

Doors and stairs on all floors are designed in accordance with fire regulations. All floors have emergency exits. The doors leading from the apartments to the landings are closed automatically.

The yard of the house is ennobled, from the windows of the building there is a beautiful view of Yerevan.
