From February 1, 2024, landlords who have not entered into an agreement to lease real estate will begin to be fined

Starting from February 1, the State Revenue Committee of Armenia will impose fines on landlords who have not submitted a statement regarding the rental of their real estate, announced Rustam Badasyan, the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee.

These new measures aim to ensure stricter compliance with procedures and enhance transparency in the real estate rental sector in the country.
