"This glass-enclosed complex, unique in its kind, will breathe new life into the architecture of Abovyan, why not the whole of Armenia. The Milon Tower residential building is located in a quite quiet neighborhood. It consists of 16 floors: 1 public and 15 residential. Duplex apartments are available on the top floors. The total area is 6300 square meters, 40% of which, 2520 square meters, will be greened. In the building there will be a playground, chat rooms, and a rest area on the roof. There will be shopping, development and entertainment centers in the building. All doors in the stairwell, adjacent to the elevators and leading to the balcony are planned to be made of fireproof materials.
